How do I receive my products after purchase?
Everything is delivered digitally. The moment your payment goes through, you get instant access to your download links on the order confirmation page and in a confirmation email — and you can re-download them anytime from your account.
Are the downloads instant?
Yes. Digital Download Direct sells instant digital downloads — no shipping and no waiting. Your files are available immediately after checkout.
What file formats will I receive?
It depends on the product. Planners, journals, and coloring pages are typically PDFs; templates may be Canva or editable files; and our AI/ChatGPT toolkits are ready-to-use prompt tools. The exact format and contents are listed on each product’s page.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. Since every product is an instant digital download, we don’t offer refunds once a purchase is complete. The one exception is a genuine problem with your download — for example, missing pages, a corrupted or defective file, or a product you never received. If that happens, just contact us within 14 days and we’ll make it right. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
Can I use these products commercially or resell them?
Usage rights vary by product. Many items are for personal use, while our PLR (Private Label Rights) and MRR (Master Resell Rights) products include commercial and/or resell rights. Always check the license terms listed on the individual product page.
Do I need special software to use the files?
For most products, a standard PDF reader is all you need. Canva templates open in a free Canva account, and our AI toolkits work with ChatGPT. Any specific requirements are noted on the product page.
